Advanced Fitness Solutions is locally-owned and operated in Kennewick, Washington. AFS Staff have been active in the health and fitness industry since 1995 with backgrounds that include physical therapy, cardiac rehabilitation, sports performance testing & training, nutrition education, weight management, exercise program design, and equipment retail sales. The extensive line of quality fitness equipment available at AFS represents the quality of service and integrity in formulating a plan to help individuals receive the most out of being physically active.
