We will use this entire hour to benefit you as much as possible. Depending on the amout of information you seek, you may be asked to come back for a second consultation at a later date if there is a lot to discuss. We recommend scheduling

Private Training

Your first visit at Advanced Fitness Solutions will be a 1-hour consultation where one of our Fitness Professionals will then determine the appropriate exercie progam in order for you to reach your goals

Once we determine what you need in order to reach your goals, we help you decide on a training schedule that you can commit to.

This Includes:

• Training packages that tell us how long you'd like to commit .
• Whether you'd like to train one, two or three hours per week.
• Days and times of the week that would work best with your schedule.

Your program will be designed around your personal needs, goals, and equipment available. Training will start as soon as you can, utilizing one of our private training studios and all that we have available, including (but not limited to):

• Warm-up
Stretching
• Cardiovascular Training
• Muscular Strengthening
• Cool-down
• Topics of interest (i.e. nutrition, running, sleep, athletics)

Sports Training & Testing

Many sports require very specific training exercises and protocols for an athlete to do well. At AFS, we acknowledge the simple fact that each athlete is unique and that their performance will improve with more specific and individualized training. There are a lot of different ways to train, and that is why many sports enthusiasts find there is too much information and too little credibility when implementing the latest training techniques. Our Fitness Professionals are dedicated to providing only the most structured exercise and nutrition regimens based on research, appropriateness, and sensibility. We pride ourselves in being practical and progressive where injury is non-existent and improvements come every week. Supervision is important when training is this specialized and is a requirement for those unfamiliar with exercises and lifting movements.

WHAT'S THE IDEA BEHIND PERFORMANCE TRAINING?

Athletes and non-athletes of all levels have to prepare themselves for the physical and mental demands their sport or daily regimen requires. The most comprehensive strength and conditioning program will be available to all athletes and non-athletes in the Tri-Cities area of any age and caliber participating in sport. This specialized training provides nutritional assessments along with very technical supervision and knowledge of the biomechanics essential in performing exercises accurately and safely. Each program will focus on the following:
